1. What is MOMA.es?
It is a farm machinery and spare parts classified ads web portal.

2. REGISTRATION
• Is it necessary to sign up to MOMA.es?
There is no need to sign up to view the classified ads on the site, but it is necessary if you wish to access other applications, such as My favourites, Search, Contact the advertiser or to send questions to the seller. You also need to be registered to place an ad.

• How do I sign up?
At the top of the page, in the middle, you will find a Registration link which will take you directly to the page where you will be asked to enter your details. Once you agree to our terms and conditions of use, and to let MOMA.es store your details, you will be sent an account activation email. As soon as you click on the activation link, your registration will enter into force and you will be able to start using the site. For corporate users, it is necessary for the web administrator to activate the account.

• I haven’t received the account activation email
Immediately after signing up as a private user, you will be sent an account activation email. If you don’t get this email, please go to the Account activation link in the Help section at the bottom of the page. You will need to enter either your username or your email address.

• You sign up and the system tells you that the email address entered is already in use. What does it mean?
If you have signed up for any of the services provided by MOMA.es, there is no need to re-register. The username works for both sections: Machinery and Spare parts.

• I’ve forgotten my username or my password
‘Forgotten your password?’ allows you to recover these details by entering either your username or your email address. This must be the same email address you used when signing up. This option is located at the top of the page.

• I’d like to change my password
Once you have signed in, at the top right-hand side of the screen you will find the Edit my details option, which you can use to change your password.

• I've signed up, but it still won’t accept my username
You need to sign in.
Please check the cookies settings on your browsers. If cookies are not allowed, this may be why you are unable to use the service.

• How can I cancel my registration?
If you no longer wish to use the MOMA.es service, please send us a message via Feedback or Contact us, or send an email to [email protected]. The administrator will delete your details.

3. ADVERTS
• How do I place an advert?
First of all, please enter your username and password (if you aren't registered yet, please refer to the previous section to find out how to sign up). Go to the Post ad option located at the top right-hand side of the screen. Then select the category in which you wish to place your advert. On the next screen, you will be asked to choose the type of advert (Sale-Purchase-Rental-Auction) and attach a matching pictures and/or a video. You need to add at least one picture in order to place an advert, except for Purchase ads which do not require a picture. You will then be asked to enter the product characteristics. You can then save your advert as a template, or proceed to its publication. If you wish to save it as a template, to activate it, please go to the Own ads page and select Post ad. A new window will then appear where you can Select the advert pack and, lastly, you will be given the option to highlight your ad.

• I keep trying to attach pictures to my adverts but they won’t upload.
The size of the pictures you’re trying to upload may be too large. Pictures must be less than 5 Mb in size, and their resolution less than 1500x1500 pixels. The picture formats permitted are JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP.

• The pictures can’t be viewed during stage 3 of ‘Publish advert’
We recommend emptying the cache of your browser.

• I can’t find the brand or model in the drop-down menu.
If you can't find the make or model on the list, please save your advert template in ‘Save as Template’ and let us know by filling in and sending us a Feedback form, which you can access by clicking on Help – Feedback (located at the bottom of the screen).

• What’s my advert ID?
Once you have published your advert, the system will assign you a reference number. You can view this number on the product information sheet, above the main picture, or in Own ads.

• I would like to highlight my adverts
You can do so either during the advert publication process or once the ad has been sent, by accessing the site as a registered user; at the top right-hand side of the screen, you will see the Own ads option, Where you can highlight and promote it. There are various options you can use to do so: Highlight it in the results list by adding a background colour and /or a frame, and/or ensuring it is displayed in a more obvious location, or make it featured in the promotional window where you can also add a background or frame.

• I’d like to see my advert featured in the promotional window of the home page, how do I do this?
In the promotional window, you will find the Want your ad here? link, which tells you how to proceed.

• I'd like to edit an advert, how do I do that?
When you access the website, enter your username and password and you will see the ‘My adverts’ option displayed at the top, right-hand side of the screen. You can manage your adverts from there: modify them, add more pictures, change their status and highlight them.

• How do I manage an Auction Advert?
To advertise an auction, please follow the steps described in the How do I place my advert? section.
Once you have published your auction, you will be able to view your auctions in the following section: ‘My auction adverts’, at the top of the page, where you can also add new pictures and/or edit the details of your auction.
If you wish to close an auction, please click on the ‘End auction’ button. If any bids have been placed on your article, you will have to select one of the options displayed and indicate the reason why you wish to close the auction.

4. SEARCHES
• There are all kinds of searches at your disposal
On MOMA.es, you can find the product you're looking for through different types of searches:

  • Search by free text (at the top of the screen); also enter the kind of advert you’re looking for in the adjoining drop-down menu
  • Search by geographical area (at the top of the screen)
  • Quick search (right-hand side of the screen)
  • Search by advert ID (right-hand side of the screen)
  • Advanced search (menu at the top of the screen)
  • Search by category (middle part of the screen)
  • Search by Shortcut (right-hand side of the screen)
  • Search by business (top menu)
  • Search according to the criteria you have saved in Own search agents

B. Save Searches
To save a search done from 'Advanced Search’, you need to be a signed in. If the criteria used for a search you have saved aren’t currently in the database, once an advert is placed on the site which meets these criteria, you will be informed accordingly by email. You can choose whether this email is sent to you within 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week.
To save a search, you need to do so from the ‘Advanced Search’ screen, enter your search criteria, and locate the ‘Save Searches’ box at the bottom of the page. Name your search to ensure that you know what it refers to and click ‘Save’. We recommend choosing a name which refers to the product you're looking for to make it easier to identify.

C. My Searches
To view your saved searches, you need to access ‘My Searches’ (top of the screen, once signed in).
You can also give your consent for any searches you perform to be used by the system and for advertisers to see them and contact you if they have the machine/part you’re looking for. 'NO' is ticked by default, so that if you wish to give your consent, you need to tick 'YES'.

D. Remember search criteria
If you tick this option on the Advanced Search screen, the system will save your search criteria for the duration of the session.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
• View similar
The red View similar button is located on the Product information tab. This functionality allows you to access a list of products from the same category and brand as the one you’re looking up.

• Map
On the product information sheet, you will find two tabs: Machine (or spare part) information and Map. From Map, you will be able to view the location of the machine (or spare part) and the itinerary from the address entered, in the Roadmap field.

• Integration with social networks
You can share your product information on a multitude of social networks.

• Send to a friend
You can share your product information by clicking on the ‘Send to a friend’ link available on the information sheet, under the picture. The link will be shared by email.

• Inappropriate adverts
If you come across any adverts whose contents you deem inappropriate, you can flag these via the ‘Report inappropriate advert’ option located at the bottom of the picture. You can flag the advert and/or the advertiser as inappropriate. You can only flag it/him/her once.

• Compare
This functionality can be used to compare different products. A handy way to make a comparison is to, first of all, perform an advanced search. Once the result list is displayed, you can select the products you wish to compare by clicking on ‘Add to compare’, which is located at the bottom of the picture. A window will appear with the selected products, showing various characteristics of the machines (or spare parts). You can delete the ones that do not interest you from the list, or continue to add more using the '+' sign located on the right-hand side of the window.

• Favourites
‘Favourites’ allows you to save a limited number of products. To do so, you need to go to the product information sheet and you will see the ‘Add to favourites’ option located at the bottom of the picture. To save a product in ‘Favourites’, you need to be signed in. You can access this list via the menu located at the top of the ‘My favourites’ page.

• PDF of the product information sheet and printable version
You can save a product information sheet in PDF format or print it out by clicking on Printable version.

• Send the advertiser a query
Registered users can send their queries regarding the products to the advertisers. The name of the person who sends the query and his/her contact information will be sent to the advertiser’s inbox. The query cannot be deleted. When the advertiser answers the query, the query is published along with the answer, the name of the person who has made the query and the name of the answerer.

• Visibility for your company with a micro-site on MOMA.es
Your company has access to an exclusive web space with its own logo, a description of its business activity, services and products, contact information and a link to your website. All of the information of the micro-site will appear in search engine results, making the most of MOMA.es’ excellent positioning on the net. Users will be able to find your company on MOMA.es straight from Google!

7. CONDITIONS
• Do you need to pay anything for this service?
If you’re a private individual, you can place 2 adverts free of charge (NOTE: The number of free adverts may be subject to variation). If you’re a corporate member, once you have signed up, please refer to the publication rates listed on Buy ad package.

This section will provide a description of your services, your corporate logotype, your contact information and a link to your website.
